When we have total confidence everything feels so easy but without it everything feel so hard.
There are many reasons why people start to lack confidence or self belief.
There are fewer reasons why people chose to carry on feeling this way and let it get in the way of their lives.
The good news is that there are fewer ways still of getting the confidence you need when you want it how you want it, and the better news is they work and they work quickly and they create lasting change.
Many clients come to me with confidence issues. People end up with all sorts of extreme behaviours to avoid the activity or situation where they feel lacking. Avoiding whole towns, building and online business to avoid people, putting up with all sorts of abuse. Within a few sessions things begin to really change for these clients.
What is self confidence?
Self confidence is a set of beliefs we hold about ourselves in respect to the world around us. No matter how confident we are we will always think we see people who are more confident than ourselves. Our opinion about our level of confidence is what matters.
How do you get confidence?
Early in our development – in the years up to about eight – we go through an imprinting period where crucial social learning about ourselves takes place. This sets up beliefs which we carry for the rest of our lives no matter how useful or not they continue to be. If your early learning is what you need right now – no problem. If its not helping you right now and those deep seated beliefs are holding you back – problem! Self help is great but it has its limits to get your self esteem back on track you need to take action.
NLP and Hypnotherapy work well together in giving people the understanding of themselves and then a real choice about what to fell when. results can be really quick one or two sessions is not unreasonable to expect.

A Coaching Programme to Improve self Confidence
Consultation Where & when you want to feel more confidence, your triggers, the reasons behind it all, what responses you get when you feel lacking in confidence, find out how you precisely do not being confident. establish what you’d like instead, when and how.
Session 1 Installing confidence – using some hypnotherapy and NLP as appropriate. You will be able to turn on a confident state at will.
Session 2 Addressing the reasons behind low self esteem using hypnosis and NLP
Session 3 Putting it all together designing new and better automatic responses.
Optional Specific context session to prepare for particular performance (Interview, presentation, important event etc.)
Many clients say that the initial consultation is a great experience in itself as its the first time they have been honest with themselves and able to talk to someone else about their personal situation – being herd and taken seriously lifts a huge weight from their shoulders.
