Matthieu Richard on the habits of happiness

I spend a lot of time following trails of learning and insight which I find useful and base my work on.  There are a few leading thinkers in the world today who really understand what we need to have in our lives in order to experience happiness. Matthieu is a Buddhist Monk, who was a highly successful biologist, who transformed his life and became a monk in the Himalayas.
