Consultation Where & when your Phobia or Fear is triggered. Establish the exact sequence of triggers and responses. Find any earlier examples of the trigger or the consequence.
Session 1 A double length Session suitable for removing a Phobia, its triggers history, potency and preventing any re-occurrence.
Session 2 For dealing with more complex fears and anxieties two further sessions may be needed in order to test for the fear or phobia
Session 3 Follow up from testing and reinforcing desensitisation
Optional Specific deep seated emotional release work may be of real benefit
